3. The gas station next door is good to get milk or drinks for the room being that the hotel has no bar or restaurant on site but beware there are homeless people standing outside the gas station waiting to ask you for money.

4. The only problem I'd say with the hotel is the lack of local of bars/restaurants - you do need to get to the harbour to eat/drink.
