1. None of the rooms face the street so all very quiet.

2. The Hard Rock Hotel is across the street (good for breakfasts, the hotel staff told me), and there are quite a few inexpensive restaurants less than a five minute walk (away from the strip) and quite a few nicer restaurants about a ten minute walk from the hotel.

4. No Casino and don`t eat there (restaurant was weak) - but the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is across the street as is a great pizza by the slice place in the strip mall across the street.
