2. Room downgraded from two room King Monarch Suite with wet bar to one room Queen Parlor Suite with stripped down wet bar, and they made no attempt to compensate with any discount, meal, etc. Incredibly long wait every time we needed to go to the front desk and our room was as far as possible from the lobby but when we wanted a cab, they told us to come up to the lobby and request it.

3. We had a problem with the air conditioning freezing up, and when we brought it to her attention, she automatically said that because we did not report the problem when we returned about midnight that she could not give us a discount.

5. I stayed in this hotel for two nights as part of a Trek America tour, and as they get a massive discount, I can't take price into consideration in relation to the actual experience.
