4. Samantha was awesome to us at check-in and also saw her again at check-out, housekeeping was great and kept our room tidy, the pools were fantastic; liked the fact that we could swim at late hours.

They made us feel comfortable at every turn: -They let us check-in early -When we wanted to upgrade to a room with a bigger bed, they accommodated us at no extra charge -They let us stay a few extra hours after normal check-out hours so we could get a little more sleep after a long night/morning on the strip The room we stayed in (the Monarch Suite) had a separate bedroom and living room.
