2. They argued with me for about 10 minutes and claimed that they could not refund the 1-night charge because we had checked in at 3 pm and it was now 11 pm.

3. I crushed a few bugs with a piece of paper and brought it with me to the front desk, explaining to them that we were leaving and that I wanted to cancel my 3-day reservation and be refunded all my money due to the presence of bugs in the bedroom and kitchen.

5. We made our reservation for the Alexis Park Resort Hotel 3 weeks prior to departure date and when we arrived we were tole they over booked and they were giving us a refund and moving us to a different hotel.
