3. the pools are dirty and you can hear a lot of noise : from the planes which land almost on top of the hotel, and at night from the drunken gamblers going to bed!the only good thing about this place is the price.

They made us feel comfortable at every turn: -They let us check-in early -When we wanted to upgrade to a room with a bigger bed, they accommodated us at no extra charge -They let us stay a few extra hours after normal check-out hours so we could get a little more sleep after a long night/morning on the strip The room we stayed in (the Monarch Suite) had a separate bedroom and living room.
