They made us feel comfortable at every turn: -They let us check-in early -When we wanted to upgrade to a room with a bigger bed, they accommodated us at no extra
charge
-They let us stay a few extra hours after normal check-out hours so we could get a little more sleep after a long night/morning on the strip The room we stayed in (the Monarch Suite) had a separate bedroom and living room.

A couple days later I look at my account again and not only did they

me full price + tax, but they threw in an extra $25 on top of it.
