2. The room service was excellent, we ordered Pizza and it was hot and excellent (the waiter must have run from the kithen because the pizza was so hot you could not pick it up) most days we have lunch at the Oyster Bar, You would think you were in Boston it is so good.

3. My room was great, room service was nice and food was fresh, but best of all the staff were very friendly and gave 110% to make sure I was happy.

9. Lots of space, large TV, nice but small bathroom (no bathtub--at least not in the room I saw), internet connection, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and room service arrived much earlier than the estimated 45 min from the time we ordered.
