7. When I threatened to leave and asked for refund and then asked to see hotel manager they mysterically was able to locate 2 non smoking tower rooms.

8. The buffet that palace station offer is awful that food made me sick, I couldn't see anything good in this hotel, and of course i request my refund for the next days and went to a different hotel.

10. Most all arcades in town and at other casinos are out of order and leased out by the casinos by a third party-no refunds.
