1. we spoke with the manager and after explaining we were celebrating my husbands bday and 1year anniversary he upgraded our room to the luxery petite suite (which was AMAZING) and he also waived the resort fee of $16 per night.

The courtyard rooms are pretty clean, but expect to get lost, everyone who gives you instructions will be wrong, and the guys who shuttles you to the malls and strip for 'free' costs you 15 dollars per night and if you don't tip them a dollar everytime you ride, then they become rude (one guy slammed the door in my face and said Thanks for the tip sir!) If you do have a problem (and you will have many) then I suggest you go speak with the evening manager, he was actually helpful.
