1. The slots and video poker machines give back great rewards/comps on food, gifts, etc. The waitresses are never but a few minutes away from serving complimentary drinks.

2. The gym is lackluster and really sub-standard (like most hotels I guess), however, the lady at concierge was nice enough to call up a health club and arrange some complimentary visits to the gym which was great.

4. First of all when you are paying 14.99 resort fee to get your wireless I'm not sure you can call it complimentary.

This place charged me $17 per night for 'complimentary' things such as free wi-fi (available only downstairs and not in rooms), shuttle to the airport/Strip locations, use of the swimming pool and fitness room, local phone calls from the room, daily local newspapers, etc. It seems to me that if such things are truly complimentary, one should not be paying for them.
