5. Given that we had booked the hotel 5 months earlier, I complained and was eventually allocated a room on the 24th floor which had a much better view over the pool area, and I would recommend that you ask for a room on as high a floor as possible.

6. We were located on the 20th floor with an amazing view onto the Strip and MGM Grand and the lifts were fast and efficient; they didn't stop until after floor 13.
