5. It was unfortunate that I had both these issues because had they not occured I would have given it 3/5 but I stayed later in NY, NY and it was much nicer, newer and costs the same so go there instead.

10. Bedroom is large, nice TV Food is just ok, but you do have a Starbucks, McDonalds, Subway, etc on the premises which helps keep the cost of food down.
