1. Everyone around us was complaining about the food service and we overheard the manager of the area being rather defensive to another couple (so much for trying to keep the customers happy).

5. I don't know if the Manager is a friend of Snoop Doggy Dog but despite the daily protests of his paying guests he refused to either play something which might be appreciated by the majority of his paying guests - or lower the volume.

He comes back about twenty minutes later and informs me that he spoke with a manager and was told that he had two choices:1) We could move to a cleaner room while they cleaned our room2) They would send housekeeping up immediatelyHe had opted for the second choice and management compensated him two days of resort fees ($40).
