4. When we checked out they tried to charge us for operator assisted calls - we made a couple of local calls but those are supposed to be free, we told the front desk and they removed the charges from our bill.

7. There are 3 computers down by front desk that offer complimentary airport check-in and to print your boarding passes so you can save time at the airport, this was such a convenience for me.
