1. It's a casino so it smells casino-y but the check in guy was fast and pleasant, the valet guys are fast and pleasant, room was clean and ready at noon (girls weekend, we arrived early.

2. When we first arrived we pulled up to valet, after them looking at us for 3 minutes they finally come to the door and I ask them if they take the bags or if we should take the bags ourselves their response was 'depends what you give us'.

6. I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to come out and take my keys, and it wasnt like the valet was busy, I was the only one waiting to have my car parked.

9. When we were leaving the valet was on his way back from another car clearly sees us standing there and goes into the office and was in there for 7 minutes while leaving us in the cold until he was ready.
