Front desk was very friendly, Pool drink service was very nice, but the Towel personnel could use a friendly attitude adjustment, Also, the pool bar did not have the wine advertised, the waitress at the Lounge didn't know what a Reisling was, Room Service was very fast, Plenty of room around the pool area, but dirty too many cigarette butts everywhere and trash on the ground.
