6. check in is absolutely ridiculous they will noy budge on the 4pm check in the room was neat and clean the comforter was all lumpy from being washed so much they have very minimal seating in the restuarant for guests w kids under 21 there managers appetizer complimentary buffet is another mess kids arent allowed in the bar where it is which is understandable but u cant bring your goodies into the restuarant where kids are allowed so if you have kids or minors they just arent very accomodating and can be just plain rude about their policies.
