10. the reason why i choose hooters i stayed there before and the service was great it was an african american girl there named kristy and a nother girl there name sara at the front desk they were so nice but i guess that is where the customer service stopped when i arrived at the hotel it was horrible check in process was very rude the girls at the counter would start speaking spanish in front of me laughing i think that was very rude the guy noe and the stone head guy tall think he was the manager very rude and demeaning I can honestly say the reservation manager was great more helpful then the director of the hotel she came to me smelling like a big ball of smoke didnt want to compisate me for the bed bugs that crawled all over me and my daughters leg houskeeping manager mary was a complete b*&tch she needs to be at the motel 6 next door.
