1. Once I got to the lobby, I spoke with the supervisor in person, and they did give us a new, brighter room in the Sage Building, which was just as nice.

5. The only bad thing is that there is no internet connection in the rooms - but we found a comfortable couch in the lobby where my daughter and I could get a fast wireless connection (and coffee).

7. We did have to call down to the lobby a few times because the walls are VERY thin and are neighbors decided to have a jacuzzi party at 4am for 3 nights in a row.

10. The 2 bedroom suite is two one bedroom self contained suiites connected by a small entrance lobby off the hallway (see plan on web site).
