1. Because this next visit will be at a different time of year, we expect there to be no pool issues and we can only hope that Mother Nature cooperates this time around!:) Some good things:VERY close to a Walmart for less costly food purchase10 minutes from the strip which is close enough, yet far away for quiet and relaxation20 minutes from Nellis AFB (If you are military) The commissary is there and you can food shop there and get tickets to placesThe resort sells discounted tickets as well, however you must pay in cash only and there is an 18% tax chargeThe Casino next door is South Point and it's convenient and not bad to try a few hands of BJ or play the slots.

5. There were at least 4 counters located within the Venetian, where they ask you f you're married and want tickets to certain shows for low to no cost as long as you go to a no pressure presentation of the Grandview.

7. Definately research all free and low cost public transportation, we found out the last day of our stay and it really would have been alot cheaper and alot less walking.
