1. Do not depend on the shuttle service, it is a concession to the property, they dont run it themselves, iit is unreliable, it is for a fee (not mentioned in their literature) and dont expect the management at the Grandview to help you out if they dont show up on schedule.

7. There is a shuttle but you are charged a daily fee and you are at their mercy as to time to travel and where you go.

The reason for not giving 5 stars: $10 one-time charge to use the in-room safe, wifi Internet fee was per device (we have iPads, iPhones, Kindles, and laptops), cable tv channels were a mess with standard def and high def redundancies that were annoying after a day, and lastly, it was obvious that some of the room details were done a little cheaply (excusable in this economic climate).
