3. Many of the comments of other reviewers are correct--thin walls and ceilings, timeshare spiel that can avoided, next door to a large casino, rides available at certain times/days to places like downtown and Walmart, a nice pool area, a terrible weight room but decent treadmill room, on-going construction of new buildings (which I remember from 4 years ago) so it can be noisy in the mornings and afternoons, nice rooms with a full kitchen and stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher (but not a very good one), oven, large bathtub.
