1. Front desk needs to be more friendly, Cleaning staff were friendly, They closed main pool(school vacation week) and other pools were very crowded, Great location next to South Point.

5. ***warning the front desk will invite you to see a show just watch a 90 min presentation' well not a big deal we are owners we could handle that well they are pushy and 3 hours later during the presentation you are turned over 4 times I'm not kidding and hard sell after hard sell.

8. Internet access was free in the lounge in the main building, but only 2 computers were working when I wanted to print out my boarding passes, so they were very accommodating at the front desk though they couldn't fix the computers.
