1. We decided to upgrade to a South tower Suite and were happy we did.

We had acutlly book rooms in one in one tower one in the other but upon check in they upgraded bolth rooms one to north tower and the one we had already booked in north tower to a mini - suite we had a great time 'be nice to the person who checks you they get people complaining to them all day a little hows it going and chatting it up with them goes a long way'.
