1. Even the gentleman who delivered one of my room service meals offered to get me some tea for my throat (no charge, ), and offered excellent advice about how to care for my cold.

5. I needed a fridge in our room to keep my medication cold and the hotel did not charge us due it was needed for medical reasons (I am diabetic).

6. At arrival, checking in was quick and pleasant, David at the reception desk was friendly and helpful, he upgraded us to the North Tower, free of charge, to a room with a cofee maker, and amazing view of the strip on the 22nd floor.

7. We spoke to a couple who were upgraded to a suite - free of charge - so we believe that this upgrade business is definitely a bit of a scam.
