1. Housekeeping staff was friendly every time I saw them and kept my room clean and well-replenished with towels, etc. EVERYONE there was nice--bellmen, front desk, dealers, pool staff, spa, etc. (Special props to Norma my housekeeper, William (?) in the spa, and Brenda the fun dealer!).
