1. Caesar's has positioned this hotel where you get a lot for your money, if you don't mind the rough edges.

5. We were offered an upgrade to the North Tower for $25/night, but generally, we are in our room so little, we thought that the extra money would be better spent gambling.

8. That said we still got great value for money at Bally's and Vegas really was something to experience on New Year's Eve - they close down the Strip to traffic and it's just one big party and as for the fireworks - one word - magnificent.

9. Value for money, clean tidy etc BUT they have to either ban smoking in the public area's or set aside a non smoking zone with walls, within 2 hours of sitting down to gamble I had a sore throat and had to keep moving away from smokers.
