9. My wife and I stayed here during the Easter Weekend, our South Tower basic room reservation was upgraded (complimentary) at Check-in to a North Tower Suite, looking north out over the Monorail.

10. The ugly: a cup of coffee at the Nosh was $3.75 (no refills) and we were accosted immediately after check-in to sign up for a show for $5 if we accepted the fast pitch offer at that moment, baggage in hand, before even getting to our room.
