The staff; Doneesha helping set up our reservation and tickets to see the Phantom of the Opera, Marvin bringing our bags up quickly so we could have time to rest and get dressed to see the play and offering his assistance if we needed anything else, the Concierge Hermela obtaining tickets for us to see the Cirque du Soleil show Love, the valets helping my husband to load my scooter, housekeeping making our room look beautiful again while we were out having a great time.
