1. The line for check out was long and slow and we had to wait about half and hour because Christine the lady who was taking care of our bill, did not know well how to do it, she check out a different room than ours but we realized it when we were already on the way to Airport wow we had to go back to solve this issue.

7. Staff was really nice and helpful, be aware there are plenty of extra resort charges added to your bill so make sure to ask for the full total price of your staying when you book.

9. I went up to the front desk and did the '$20 trick' (google it or search for it on Flyertalk) except I used a $50 bill and I got upgraded from the standard 1-king luxury suite to the 2-queen bella suite (basically, the room has the same dimensions, but with 2 big beds instead of one.
