1. All of the cons are minor: - the pillows are too soft, don't support your head and neck enough- the room service was great, but the quality of the food was not on par with the price- there was a balcony, but it was locked and you couldn't go onto it.

4. Horrible service, fleecing staff, air conditioning didn't work, paint peeling, called for extra pillows and they never showed up.

7. It look like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the hardwood floors hadn't been swept (swifter is always a good thing), and the slob or whatever it was on the throw pillows (yuck) made it impossible to enjoy the beauty of the room.

10. The kitchen was really nice even though I didn`t get to use it, and it had a fully stocked bar (it`s electronically censored so if you remove an item, the purchase goes on your card)The bed was so comfortable and came with A LOT of pillows.
