1. I suggest that the manager examine rooms at random before guests check in, he might find the reason for this extremely low level of cleanliness.

2. Palms Place was a great hotel for the value when we arrived it was a easy check in and the front desk gave helpful advice, it was great not being on the strip around all the people and noise, so the location was a plus.

4. Upon arriving at our building's entrance there really was no pomp and circumstance that you experience in a typical hotel, the lobby and check in desk are simple, fairly small and elegant.

8. Check in was very easy, no lines, and when I confirmed with the front desk agent that I was in the fantasy tower, I was told that the fantasy tower was sold out and I had been upgraded to Palms Place.
