1. Any large American hotel billing itself as a luxury property should offer Internet access for little or no extra cost.

5. There is no shuttle to the strip from what I could see, but its a known fact you can cross the street, and within 4 or 5 minutes be at the Gold Coast Casino, which has a free shuttle to Bills Gamblin` Hall on the strip(next to Flamingo)You really do feel like a celebrity walking in and out of the casino itself, there is limos , Escalade`s, etc waiting outside the doors always, and there is always 2 or 3 people willing to open the door for you at any given moment.

7. Although a 20% gratuity is automatically added to mostly everything (including cabanas, spa treatments, etc.) the bill they give you at the end does not mention the automatic inclusion, notes only the final cost, and leaves a blank for the gratuity (which basically invites you to double tip).
"On balance...would stay here again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/29/2011 Vote
8. This disclosure was only in words, so you get a surprise bill on your credit card.
"NEVER AGAIN. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/20/2011 Vote
9. If you are going to charge a resort fee, have it numerically shown on the bill, not disclose it only in words and have the audacity to say it's not a 'hidden' charge, when it can clearly be misinterpreted as already included in the bill.
"NEVER AGAIN. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/20/2011 Vote
10. Having visited Vegas several times before, my husband and I weren't worried about being slightly off strip - though the cab bills did add up over the course of the long weekend - so just something to factor into overall budget versus being more centrally located.
"Amazing Room - Hot & Cold Staff Experiences.. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/9/2009 Vote
