1. According to the desk clerk and one of the concierge, unless your a friend of the hotel manager or own one of the units, you can't access them.

2. Be sure to ask to be comped in to bar and club if you have already spent hundreds of dollars eating there; we found all the general managers there to be extremely customer-friendly and highly competent, and met some of the greatest bartenders ever.

6. I had reserved a one bedroom suite and when I checked in I was greeted by the manager who gave me a fantastic room on the 53rd floor with amazing views of the strip.
