4. The hotel was horribly understaffed; it took forever to get the front desk to answer the phone, 10 minutes for the valet to retrieve the car , and there was absolutely no one to be found by the pool for help with towels.

9. most people prefer to stay within The Strip and be part of the night activities in LV & be as close as possible from other main tourist attractions)- Nice big resort-style gardens with water features- Big and spacious room with 2 fridges, a balcony and a MASSIVE bathroom (we love the bathroom!) When booking the room, we had requested for extra towels and they did prepare that for us.
