1. Every single person we came in contact with (with the exception of one breakfast server, and it was a slow day at that so no excuse) demonstrated the meaning of customer service: front desk staff and manager, concierge, housekeeping staff, Ceres staff and manager other than the one, pool staff, you name it they are all wonderful.
