Back to the JW, here are the pros: away from strip, quiet hotel with no partying 20 yr olds, huge pool, cabanas for rent w/ tvs and fridge, pool bar, 5 restaurants on site(great if you want to enjoy a glass of wine and not drive), casino on site, free valet, free access to small gym (spa gym cost $25 per day), amazing staff who love our business, big quiet comfortable rooms, a housekeeping staff that came at exactly the time we asked everyday and were so sweet.

Every single person we came in contact with (with the exception of one breakfast server, and it was a slow day at that so no excuse) demonstrated the meaning of customer service: front desk staff and manager, concierge, housekeeping staff, Ceres staff and manager other than the one, pool staff, you name it they are all wonderful.
