2. I have hundreds all over my body, with fifteen just on my face alone I called to report bed bugs and the manager told me they absolutely didn't have bed bugs and was unwilling to even look and see.

Every single person we came in contact with (with the exception of one breakfast server, and it was a slow day at that so no excuse) demonstrated the meaning of customer service: front desk staff and manager, concierge, housekeeping staff, Ceres staff and manager other than the one, pool staff, you name it they are all wonderful.

Check-In - BAD not offered bell man assistanceRoom- Palm Court Like walking 2 foot ball fields to get to from Valet ParkingService - Paid for breakfast and arrived 12 min late and was denied given foam dishes to pickup left offer buffet scraps like a DOG - I am PLATINUM Check- out- My Rate came with a 50.00 per Day credit not given I had to ask for it and was CREDITED not done as check out as miss Rude FRONT DESK MANAGER stated OVER ALL this place is out to RIP YOU OFFFFFFF.
