1. how cavalier and flippant the management are in their cheeky replies, not appeaing to appreciate that these websites, as a modern phenomenon, are an amazing business opportunity to improve on whatever services they are offering.

5. :) Customer service was great as well - for example, we and several of the other guests had signed up for the SXSW shuttle, and the manager encouraged us to have some of the free beverages and snacks during the hotel's happy hour that was going on while he kept a look out for the shuttle.
