1. Had I know I would have gotten a place like this, I would have paid a little bit more for a cleaner place with employees and managers that actually treat you like guests rather than a burden.

4. :) Customer service was great as well - for example, we and several of the other guests had signed up for the SXSW shuttle, and the manager encouraged us to have some of the free beverages and snacks during the hotel's happy hour that was going on while he kept a look out for the shuttle.

5. From Monday to Thursday the had a Manager courtesy happy hour ( from PM to 7:30 PM) where the offer free fruits, snacks, wine, beer and cocktails ( three per person).

9. When I complained to the front desk, the woman told me that the manager was out of the country and there was nothing she could do.

10. He refused at first about a refund then said ok to tomorrows refund but not tonight that we had to come back and see what the other manager decides.
