5. The location is excellent, which is downtown but not off sixth street, so no drunks and late night partyers to deal with, but you are still within walking distance or a short cab ride from all of the night life Austin has to offer.

6. Could not get a decent deal at Hilton DT - so used Priceline and secured this little gem for a Saturday night for $80.00 Parking was an additional $14 (a steal compared to Hilton DT's $20) We were warmly greeted upon arrival and presented with our warm and yummy cookies.
