I don't believe we were ever referred to a
concierge
, we always spoke with the front desk people that never seemed to have a clue.

The thirdday of the festival, the group I was with decided to leave early during the last set and I called the
concierge
station using the handy dandy card they`d given me earlier in the day when they`d ferried me to the Denny`s for breakfast and then the shuttle pickup for Zilker Park (the location of the festival).

The
concierge
offeredto pick up the whole group at a determined location along Barton Springs, and we walked (along with the other 10k or so other people leaving early) to that spot.
