1. There is a bus stop a block from the hotel, and the bus takes you downtown in 5-10 min and it departs frequently (great if you are a European without a drivers license.

7. Jo's Coffee across the parking lot was a big plus, near cool shops and restaurants that you can walk to, with the downtown area being a short cab ride away.

9. It is a bit outside of the Austin downtown area, so you'll need to cab it, but that should only be a ~$10 cab ride.

10. Location is excellent - right in the heart of South Congress, opposite the excellent Continental Club, super-close to some great shopping and restaurants and seemingly 10 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go Downtown.
