1. We had great service, relaxing room, great room service b-fast, 2 delicious restaurants on site, a beautiful spa, gorgeous grounds with multiple pools, hot tub, and its clean.

10. The room hotel book said to consult the menu in the book for Room Service, however that section was missing so we had to ask for a menu, once they delivered the menu and ordered our meal it was delivered with multiple items missing and a charge higher than the price that was listed in the menu.
