1. We grabbed some drinks during happy hour along w/ an appetizer and the manager was nice enough to bring it out to us poolside.

10. To make matters worse, they looked at us as though we were crazy when we asked about the mattress toppers that the manager had explained to us earlier, saying that they had no such thing.
