8. Both mornings housekeeping tried to enter our room around 9am, so I'd advise you to make sure you have your 'do not disturb' sign on your door so you are not interrupted if you are wanting to sleep in late.

9. Our only complaint would be that we were out all day and came back to get ready for dinner and found housekeeping there around 5:00pm - the hotel needs to have some door knob hangers so that guests can indicate when the room is ready to be cleaned.
