4. Cons: rooms are a bit 'tired'; water in shower never hot enough; no spa on premises (but they will make rez and drive you to Aspen Club & Spa).

8. I was also quite pleased with what was "included" in the room rate - there are no additional fees for valet parking, wireless internet access, tea, coffee, and transport not only to/from the airport but to our spa appointment 5 minutes away.
