4. OK, so it's part of a fee, but it's included in your room rate and won't give you a heart attack at the front desk.

5. I was also quite pleased with what was "included" in the room rate - there are no additional fees for valet parking, wireless internet access, tea, coffee, and transport not only to/from the airport but to our spa appointment 5 minutes away.
