1. Expedia will tell you when you book that there is free wifi and a queen bed, but there is not, it's 7.99 per day and the bed is full at best.

4. The room on the small size but I didn't spend much time in it beside sleeping, I spent more time in the very quiet reading room on the 2nd floor and I even had free Wifi, free newspaper.

To sum it up:* not in the best neighborhood* clean enough, but the rooms are fairly old* rooms are small (but big enough for me)* staff is very nice* there is a great bar across the street (with free WIFI)* there are nice restaurants nextdoor (both sides)* it has a great connection to the san francisco public transport (MUNI).

10. The only other thing I would have to say is that, while the hotel does have complimentary wireless (very stable, and pretty quick at that), it doesn't broadcast all the way to the top floor.
